ISSUES FOR YOUTHS - YOUTHS AND PHYISICAL STRENGTH

Physical strength among youths is not actually a challenge to the youths, but it is used so here in different context. This is another distinguishing factor in a YOUTH. It is mostly experienced in males. There is an increase in the physical strength and are always at readiness to exhibit their power. This can be visualized in tensions and fights that usually erupt in most youth gatherings. Youths have the ability to perform their daily chores efficiently with less effort and still have a reserved of energy for any emergency. youths are full of energy, vigour and zeal. They have the muscular strength, power, speed, agility and flexibility which enhance their physical fitness. These can be seen in how youths react to emergencies, recover from illness and bear pains. Youths adapt better to difficult conditions such as the weather and are less prone to weather connected diseases. 

The physical strength of youths is also obvious in quarrels and fights that usually erupt in youth gatherings. I can also be sn in how they enjoy life, social activities and games such as football, basketball, handball, jumping, running and wrestling. These activities require great deal of energy that makes it a no-go-area for adults and children. Youths  have the political will-power, zeal, energy and morale. No wonder politicians use them in carrying out their electioneering campaigns because of its violent inclinations. Youths are therefore enjoined to us their physical strength to effect positive changes in their environment rather than wasting their God-given talents and strengths through their involvement in various nefarious activities and juvenile delinquencies.
