If you are a woman, and you are seeing a lot of changes in your body. Don't be scared or bothered, you are not alone in the journey.

Your mum, aunty, senior sisters are all into it. So relax and enjoy it while the offer lasts! :-)

Signs of Puberty in Females:

1. Increase in body size and Weight: there is an obvious and rapid body growth during puberty in females.
First, you may notice your feet and hands getting bigger. Next, the arm and leg bones grow, making you taller. You may gain some weight to match the increase in your bone size.
Then you start looking at the mirror steady. It is a sign of puberty!

2. Development of the mammary gland. Eh! We call it mammary gland not breast :_) you can also call it Milk Industry lolz.

At first you may notice what feel like little buds, or swelling, under your n!pples. After that, your breasts will gradually get bigger and fuller and may become a little sore. Wearing a bra will be important so you can have the proper support for your breasts.
(Check back later for a guide to Bra size)

3. Development of the Lower centres: uh! I don't really know how to talk about this. But you really understand me? Yes you did :_) but I know you want me to say it :_)spoilt girl! I will still tell you guys shah!
Your genitals, or private areas, also grow and change during puberty. Your outside parts (the vu!va) are enclosed by two sets of "lips." The larger lips have hair. The inner, smaller lips don't. These increase in size a little bit. Inside your body, the vag!na is getting longer and the uterus is getting bigger. I have not seen it before oo :-)
