Twelve (12) Perfect ways to Mend a Broken Heart (Part 1)

Have you been jilted? Used and Dumped? Disapointed by your partner? Heart-broken?...or what ever, don't worry calm down and read these and apply them.

1. Allow the pain, give the pain a chance - after it you come out stronger and wiser. Don't pretend or beat around the bush. Accept the pain, let it run through you.


2. You are the only one responsible for your own happiness. Tell yourself this. Keep reminding yourself of this.



3. No man or woman is qualified to make you unhappy. Yes, have a little boast about yourself. Tell him or her that she/he is NOT qualified to make you sad. Not at all!



4. Don't rush into a new relationship again. Detach for a while. Do things yourself. Stay yourself. And watch where amendments are imminent in your life.



5. Advice someone else. Look around you, find someone who may be in your shoe. Advice her/him. And you see yourself being a boss, and adviser!



6. Cry first, then laugh: Haven't you noticed that a child feels more calm and relaxed and would always want to sleep after crying? What do you think is the cause? Try cry over it, the tears going from your eyes are carrying the pains. You will feel relieved after the cry, then find something to amuse yourself...what a magic!!!
