1. Don't get annoyed with her or scold her for anything! - it makes her feel emotionally unstable. And that doesn't worth it this time.

6. Give her gifts that befits the period. Gifts like tissues, pads, Blood-giving foods can also help as she is loosing a great deal of blood in her system. You should have known her favourite food, get it for her.


7. Spend time and Watch Movie with Her: She is in a painful mood. She needs relief, watch movies with her, but avoid horror movies and films with magical undertones because of her hormones.
